Welcome Spring! It looks like it is here to stay.


     Hopefully April won’t bring too many showers and we can continue to play outside without
getting too wet. It’s time to trade in the snow pants for our muddy buddies, puddle pants, etc.
Hats and mittens in the morning are still necessary.

     We will continue to review our letters and numbers. We are going to be working on Letter “L” , “M” and numbers “11", "12” for the month of April. Try to send foods

starting with the letters. We spend lots of time walking around and finding all sorts of wonderful things that start with our letter of the week. Also it is great to send items in the lunch that we can count, the children love doing this at snack time. (Non messy items such as Cranraisins, raisins, crackers, pieces of orange and apples etc.) We count everything!


     Our Theme for April is Spring! We will be doing several projects, songs and poems to involve our theme. With some continuation of learning our telephone numbers and refresh 911 with the children.

On April the 17th we will be having an open house celebration from 10am-Noon. Notices will be
sent home. I hope you can all make it, as the children will be performing for your enjoyment.
